In as much as we live in the desert, irrigation is the heart of the landscape/groundskeeping program. Usually plant stress is the result of too much or not enough water. A trained irrigation technician with the necessary parts to repair on site the irrigation system is assigned to each customer. Small irrigation components, such as polylines and emitter lines, are repaired free of charge; PVC piping, valves, and other larger items are repaired upon approval of an estimate.

• Providing daytime mobile phone and 24-hour emergency phone numbers for key employees.
• Regularly meeting with our customers and/or submitting reports to assure all landscaping and groundskeeping needs are met.
• Planning an annual services calendar to assure completion of the fertilization schedule, weed control, tree trimming, and irrigation checks.
• Our equipment is replaced as needed to assure the completion of service needs.

The power equipment used by our company meets or exceeds current ADEQ Phase Two Tier II and we are committed to the acquisition and implementation of power equipment resulting in lower emissions technology as it becomes available.

Propane riding mowers are used in certain areas to reduce harmful emissions. We promote recycling and reusing landscape residues for mulching whenever possible.
